Well, it's been over 4 years since my last dA journal entry. I am awesome. I made a post in my livejournal after 123 weeks, so I thought I'd break this streak too. I haven't been creating much art lately... like, AT ALL. :/ It's pretty disappointing, but I don't have much time or inspiration for that, unfortunately. What has always piqued my interest is the idea of creating replicas of awesome (usually) weapons from video games, anime, etc. To take these great designs off the screen and make them tangible. The most reasonable way to do that with quality is with good wood (screw balsa). I've tried my hand at creating katanas with relative success, so my mind wanders to what else I could make. This thought crossed my mind recently, and these are the 10 items I came up with:

Some are obviously MUCH more feasible than others (borderline impossible to do well) but it's still fun to dream. I'd really want to make Hei's mask and/or Hades - maybe I'll get to try some day (summer). Maybe not, we'll see.
